Reich Tool & Design is hiring a full-time Wire EDM Specialist in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, to program, set up, run, and maintain wire EDM machines for aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced manufacturing work. The role involves creating and loading programs, producing parts according to prints, reading blueprints and G&M codes, inspecting parts, maintaining equipment, and supporting Lean, 5S, and ISO quality initiatives. Candidates need at least three years of wire EDM experience in a job shop, strong programming and math skills, and U.S. citizenship; Espirit programming and Mitsubishi wire EDM experience are preferred. The position offers first- or second-shift work, five eight-hour days, overtime as needed, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and tuition reimbursement.
