Description
EdPlus is hiring an Academic Program Specialist 3 for PRN assignments supporting student enrollment, persistence, and service initiatives. The role involves managing elevated caseloads, conducting high-volume outreach, resolving time-sensitive student concerns, assisting with instructional design, prioritizing outreach through designated reports, handling inbound calls, and resolving complex inquiries. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce, and strong communication and customer-service skills. The position may be performed at EdPlus's SkySong workspace, the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center, or remotely, and applicants must be current EdPlus or ASU employees approved for the project.
