Ford is hiring an eDrive Controller Electronics Engineer to design, analyze, test, and verify electric-drive inverter controller and gate-drive functionality and reliability. The role involves cross-functional requirements development, circuit and schematic design, function verification, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, low-level microprocessor support, and hardware-in-the-loop, high-voltage, motor-dyno, vehicle, and EMC testing. Candidates need a master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least three years of electrical or electronics design experience, and three years of hands-on or EDA/simulation-tool experience.
