Description
Ford is hiring an EDS Systems Supervisor to lead and supervise wiring systems engineers and oversee the development and release of vehicle wiring solutions. The role includes E3 schematic development, EDS topology and device transmittal management, wire and connector selection, CAE workplan and resolution activities, pin-to-pin and dual-harness compatibility reviews, vehicle partitioning, engineering breadboard and Phase I ECAR support, redesign verification, and cross-functional delivery. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of automotive EDS experience, vehicle launch experience, and strong program management and communication skills. The position is hybrid, requires onsite presence four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $115,500 to $218,100 with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
