Description
The Educare Assistant Teacher collaborates with the Educare Lead Teacher to plan and implement developmentally appropriate early childhood education for children, including assessment, individualized plans, lesson planning, classroom supervision, documentation, parent involvement, and compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards. The role assumes the classroom teacher’s responsibilities when the Lead Teacher is absent and requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience in early childhood education or child development, along with background clearance, physical and communication abilities, and First Aid and CPR certification. The salary is $16.27–$19.00 per hour.
