Description
Hartwick College is accepting applications on a continuing basis for qualified instructors to serve as student teaching supervisors in the Education Department. The role supports and evaluates teacher candidates during field placements through regular school visits, observations, feedback, communication with cooperating teachers and college faculty, and submission of evaluation documentation. Applicants must have a master’s degree in Education or a closely related field and at least 10 years of successful teaching or school-based leadership experience. The position requires face-to-face supervision during regular public-school hours, with applicants responsible for their own transportation; remote applications are not considered. Compensation is $900 per student teacher supervised plus mileage calculated at the current year federal rate.
