Description
The Education & Training Coordinator cultivates partnerships with education, training, and Alternative Engagement providers; conducts client consultations and referrals; secures enrollments; tracks attendance and program completion; maintains FedcapCARES and SEAMS documentation; supports wraparound services; and ensures compliance with NYC HRA, Fedcap, and program requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, with public assistance, homelessness, justice involvement, disability, unemployment, workforce development, and bilingual Spanish experience preferred. Compensation is $52,000 annually or $25.00 hourly.
