Families Forward is hiring an Education and Training Instructor, also known as a Work Readiness Instructor, for its Augusta opportunity center. The role delivers Power of Possible and Life Skills workshops, supports benefits screenings and ESOL instruction, assesses participant readiness, tracks attendance and progress, and collaborates with Career Advisors and Placement Specialists. The position offers Monday–Friday office hours, a minimum starting salary of $46,000, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
