Description
The Education & Training Specialist at Presbyterian Homes & Services will collaborate with management and clinical leaders to develop and facilitate education curriculum, conduct standard onboarding and orientation, and monitor competency and continued education for employees. This role involves creating engaging training programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and continuously improving clinical curriculum content and delivery. Key responsibilities include teaching clinical competency classes for CNAs, Home Health Aides, and Nurses, as well as providing training on mechanical lifts, catheter and peri care, handwashing, vitals, and medication administration.
