M-A-U-S Seminare gGmbH is hiring an Education Consultant to plan and implement multi-day instructor trainings under DGUV 304-001, support children’s, youth, and adult education projects on first aid, health, and hazard prevention, create training materials, conduct online trainings, manage communication and documentation, and process billing and invoices. The role requires a relevant degree in pedagogy, social pedagogy, special needs education, early childhood education, educational sciences, sociology, psychology, or personnel development; experience in social pedagogy and project management is advantageous, while first-aid instructor knowledge is ideal. The position offers flexible working-time models and is based in Karlsruhe.
