Description
The Education Coordinator supports the planning, delivery, and quality of education programming for young people ages 14 to 24 in the Summer Youth Employment Program and Work, Learn and Grow. The role coordinates facilitators, curriculum, school partnerships, student engagement, program documentation, and postsecondary planning; facilitates lessons and workshops; recruits and supports facilitators; monitors attendance and program quality; maintains records; and supports college applications, financial aid, family engagement, campus visits, and alumni follow-up. A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience with youth education, classroom management, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement is sought.
