Description
The Center Director coordinates and supervises center staff, coaches and evaluates classroom teachers and other employees, supports curriculum and documentation, collaborates with community and regulatory partners, provides family services, and leads training and quality-improvement activities. The role requires a master’s degree in early childhood education, New York State N-6 or B-2 teacher certification, classroom experience, leadership experience in multicultural environments, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and time-management skills. The salary is $72,000-$75,000.
