Description
The Volkshochschule Celle e.V. is hiring an Education Manager for its German (as a second language) / BAMF program area. The role develops educational and administrative concepts, coordinates the German team, organizes examinations, collaborates with BAMF, recruits and advises teachers, develops target groups, secures third-party funding, and contributes to quality development. Applicants need a relevant university or university of applied sciences degree, adult education experience, relevant BAMF and telc qualifications, IT skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities. The position offers a permanent 30-hour weekly schedule with TVöD compensation, a working-time account, partly mobile work where applicable, and free participation in vhs Celle courses.
