Description
The Education Program Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for the Department of Ophthalmology, with limited supervision and possible responsibility for leading other administrative staff or subordinates. The role oversees complex conferences, seminars, and events; prepares documents and correspondence; manages calendars, travel, reports, spreadsheets, budgets, financial transactions, maintenance, and office moves; and may supervise student or temporary workers. The position requires a high school diploma and four years of administrative experience or a combination of education and relevant experience, with event or conference planning and wet-lab coordination experience preferred.
