Description
The Education Program Director will lead a special education program serving grades K-12, serving as the instructional leader and overseeing site operations, staff development, recruitment, enrollment, compliance, student achievement, assessment, IEPs, and community and district relationships. The role requires an education, special education, or related credential and at least two years of experience working with pupils with disabilities, with additional educational leadership, teaching, curriculum, ABA, and administrative experience preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $90,000–$105,000 per year and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
