ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation is hiring a part-time, salaried Education Program Manager to lead and manage tutoring and First STEP Preschool programs in Richmond and Fredericksburg. The role oversees tutors and preschool teachers, hires and trains additional tutors, supports families and staff, coordinates events and enrichment activities, maintains tutoring records in Apricot, and works with program leadership. It requires a Bachelor of Education degree, at least five years of teaching experience, and is based in the community with in-person work, some evenings and weekends, and office meetings as needed. The starting salary is $45,000 annually.
