Description
NRC is seeking a Task Programme Manager (Team Leader) to provide strategic, technical, operational, and quality-assurance leadership for the Business Development Services assignment under the NYOTA Project. The role will oversee implementation across Kakuma/Kalobeyei and Dadaab, coordinate with stakeholders, manage work plans and performance plans, and ensure delivery aligns with project design, MSEA requirements, contractual obligations, and World Bank standards. The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya, on a six-month conditional contract awaiting funds approval, and requires a master’s degree and extensive relevant experience in entrepreneurship, business development services, livelihoods, and programme management.
