Description
Global Kids is hiring an Education Specialist for its COMPASS Program to develop, train, facilitate, and improve afterschool academic enrichment and intervention programming for youth in grades K–8. The role supports school-based Program Directors and staff through curriculum design, lesson planning, staff coaching, SEL and academic assessments, quality assurance, and culturally responsive family engagement. It requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–4 years of youth experience, preferably in afterschool or educational settings.
