Lincoln Tech is hiring an Education Supervisor to lead its Electrical and Electronics program as part of the campus management team. The role supervises and develops faculty, conducts classroom observations, manages recruiting, onboarding, training, schedules, and absenteeism, supports student satisfaction and retention, and maintains program equipment and course materials. An associate degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with the trades industry are required or expected; NCCER familiarity, teaching experience, management experience, and electrical experience are preferred.
