Kita Grashüpfer is hiring a full-time educational assistant (m/f/d) for 39 hours per week. The role supports children’s education and upbringing, contributes to parent evenings and educational documentation, partners with parents, and helps develop the educational concept. Applicants should have completed training as a social-education assistant, childcare worker, social assistant, or comparable qualification under Section 9 (3) NKiTaG, along with child-focused teamwork, creativity, reliability, pedagogical, communication, and social skills.
