The Josefsheim Wartenberg is hiring an Educational Head for part-time or full-time employment, starting as soon as possible. The role partners with the Head of Administration to manage the facility and represent the sponsoring organization, oversees structural and financial development and quality management, supervises pedagogical staff, supports long-term educational and care planning, and represents the facility with authorities and funding bodies. The position requires a university or university of applied sciences degree in (Social) Pedagogy or a comparable qualification, leadership experience in child and youth welfare, pedagogical expertise, and strong communication skills.
