Ål Municipality is hiring an enthusiastic kindergarten teacher for a 100% temporary educational leadership role at Sando Kindergarten, with the possibility of extension and a permanent position. The role involves planning, carrying out, and evaluating pedagogical work; creating a safe, playful, and learning-oriented environment; supporting individual children; and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and management. Applicants need kindergarten teacher education or equivalent approved pedagogical qualifications, knowledge of the Kindergarten Act and Framework Plan, and good Norwegian language skills.
