Description
The EOP Peer Mentor is a part-time student assistant at California State University, Fullerton, supporting incoming freshman and other students with academic and personal well-being. The role involves building supportive relationships, coordinating and facilitating meetings, referring students to campus and community resources, tracking mentee goals, completing interaction logs, and attending training and cohort events. The position pays $16.90–$24.00 per hour, requires a 20-hour schedule Monday through Friday with some weekend work, and requires enrollment at CSUF for the 2026/2027 academic year.
