Responsibilities include individual counselling, coaching, career orientation, application training, interview preparation, competency training, group work, internship preparation, and developing educational offers. The role requires a degree in social education, social work, graduate education, teaching, or a comparable qualification, along with counselling, communication, empathy, creativity, and teamwork skills; relevant youth welfare or vocational education experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
