The employer is hiring part-time Educational Professionals for a children’s therapeutic residential group. The role supports adolescents in a residential group, helps establish a structured shift-work routine, promotes individual development, supports young people coping with traumatic experiences, and collaborates with authorities, schools, therapists, and other partners. Applicants need a completed degree in social pedagogy or special needs education, or an equivalent educator or special education care assistant qualification, a valid class B driver’s license, and willingness to work 24-hour shifts.
