Description
The role manages internal and external students and their tutors, coordinates training schedules and academic curricula, monitors attendance and program progress, assigns grades, verifies PPE use, prepares progress reports, and ensures compliance with company management-system standards. It requires a third-level degree in electronics, mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field, knowledge of training evaluation and industrial maintenance topics, and availability to work in Posorja.
