Brückenpunkt UG is hiring an Educational Protective and Support Specialist (m/f/d) to provide a reliable, calm, and de-escalating presence in residential child and youth welfare facilities. The role supports educational professionals and children and young people in stressful, conflict-prone, and crisis situations; helps stabilize and de-escalate threats; protects children, young people, and staff; participates in case discussions, training, and reflection; and documents incidents. The position offers a permanent employment contract, compensation of €3,500–€4,000, and may be full-time or part-time.
