basa e.V. is hiring an educational specialist for 75% of the Neuland³ project to support young people preparing for employment and independent living. The role combines one-to-one social-educational counseling, career orientation through practice projects, internship and vocational-training support, competence assessment, documentation, evaluation, and project development. It is primarily based at the education center “Alte Schule” and café “HARTEL” in Neu-Anspach, with mobile outreach assignments throughout the Hochtaunuskreis district. Applicants need a relevant degree or training, professional experience in youth social work or career preparation, and the ability to design and lead practice projects. The position pays according to the house collective agreement under TVöD and starts as soon as possible.
