Description
The Educational Specialist will provide intensive support and guidance to four girls in a therapeutic residential care unit, design educational structures for their daily lives, support individual support planning, and maintain stable, safe relationships. The role also includes administrative and conceptual responsibilities, team involvement, documentation, and participation in support-planning meetings and committees. Applicants need a relevant qualification in youth or residential care, social work, education, or a comparable field; relevant experience is desired, along with a willingness to work shifts and a class B driver’s license. The position offers shift allowances, flexible scheduling, training, and advancement opportunities.
