Menschen im Blick GmbH is hiring an Educational Specialist to provide outreach social work, counselling, day-to-day support, behaviour-educational interaction, care planning, child-protection case participation, and networking with institutions and local authorities. The role serves children, adolescents, and adults in the Gifhorn, Helmstedt, and Wolfsburg regions and requires a completed degree or state-recognized vocational training, three years of youth-welfare experience, social-work knowledge, communication skills, independence, empathy, and a Class B driver’s license. It is a full-time permanent position with 39 hours per week, starting salaries of €3,859.50 at level 1 and €4,769.97 at level 4, plus benefits including a company vehicle, pension scheme, and paid leave.
