P_WERK is hiring an Educational Specialist in Leverkusen for assignments in kindergartens, after-school care, youth centers, or child and youth assistance. The role serves as a contact for colleagues and parents, plans and organizes activities and weekly childcare programs, and supports children’s individual development. Applicants need educator or childcare specialist training or recognition as an educational specialist under Section 7 of the KiTaG, along with empathy, patience, and openness to children’s and families’ life situations.
