Progres GbR Dortmund is hiring an Educational Specialist to provide individual educational and coaching support to self-employed individuals and founders. The role includes helping participants with personal, social, and professional challenges; developing goals; supporting self-organization, communication, and career orientation; assisting with job-center and authority contacts; documenting development processes; preparing reports; and occasionally delivering group workshops. The position is based in Dortmund, may start on 01.08.2026 or by mutual agreement, and can be full-time, part-time, or on a minijob basis.
