Description
The Educational Specialist supports the P.R.I.M.E. Leaders Afterschool Program by helping design and evaluate curriculum, overseeing lesson implementation, coaching and training staff, and assessing curriculum impact. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, experience with curriculum development, youth development, literacy, and STEM, and strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
