VRH Celle gGmbH is hiring an Educational Specialist for its residential youth group service at Brunnenhof in Eldingen/Hohnhorst. The role is part-time at 30 hours per week or by agreement, on an indefinite basis, and involves working with young people with challenging life histories in a multidisciplinary, therapeutic-educational setting. The position requires relevant educator, social work, social pedagogy, or special needs education training, willingness to work weekends and night shifts, empathetic engagement with young people, and a valid Class B driver’s license.
