Lebenswelten e.V. is hiring an Educational Specialist (m/f/d) for Supported Independent Living in Berlin-Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, starting immediately with a weekly workload of 28–35 hours. The role supports adults with mental illness in organizing their lives independently through individual contact, social-therapeutic conversations, daily-life structuring, appointments, sheltered employment, leisure, and contact maintenance. The position requires a completed degree in social work, social pedagogy, special needs education, or psychology, German language skills at C1 level, psychosocial support knowledge, PC skills, written language competencies, reliability, decision-making ability, resilience, communication skills, and empathy.
