The Teacher Assistant supports teachers in helping students meet academic goals, assists with classroom management and behavioral plans, supervises students during meals, recess, dismissal, and special events, prepares ARD/IEP paperwork and special education data, and helps plan differentiated instruction for individual students and groups. The role is full-time, nonexempt, and performed in a classroom setting with intermittent standing, walking, and writing.
