LebensOrt Hamfelde is hiring a part-time Educational Support Assistant for 20–30 hours per week to provide individual one-to-one support to a woman with autism and challenging behavior. The role focuses on integration into a group with challenging behavior, promoting everyday skills and social participation, accompanying the person throughout the day, and planning and implementing educational measures and individual offerings. Applicants should enjoy working with people with disabilities, be open and appreciative when dealing with adult people with support needs, and have a communicative, creative, approachable, and warm personality.
