The Flex Team is hiring a 15-hour-per-week support professional to develop personal participation plans, support clients in making self-determined decisions, provide basic care and treatment-related care, and guide employees, trainees, and interns. The role requires an educational specialist qualification such as a care assistant for people with disabilities or an educator, along with empathy, methodological skills, flexibility for shifts, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. The assignment includes afternoons and weekend shifts, with pay according to AVR-C and additional benefits.
