THERAPEUTIKUM Heilbronn is hiring an educational support staff member for its residential groups to accompany adults with mental illnesses, support their daily lives, and help them develop independence. The role involves practical support, conversations, motivation, individualized support plans, medication intake, handovers, and team meetings. It is available on a full-time or part-time basis, predominantly in afternoons and evenings with regular weekend shifts, and requires training in curative education, education, medical office assistance, nursing, or a comparable qualification.
