The State of Salzburg is hiring a part-time Educational Support Staff Member (m/f/x) for its company-run childcare and early childhood education facility in Salzburg. The role supports qualified lead staff in a kindergarten group, contributes to daily educational practice, helps with children’s upbringing and education, observes and documents developmental processes, designs learning offerings, and participates in professional development. Applicants need relevant early childhood education training, communication and teamwork skills, relationship-building ability, and knowledge of educational approaches and childcare documentation. The position is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, starts immediately, and pays €2,886.50 to €3,803.00 under the State Employees’ Pay Act.
