Innovative Sozialarbeit e.V. is hiring an educational support worker/student supervisor to join its all-day school program at Zapfendorf Elementary School in Bamberg. The role provides supervision and care for children, supports homework and study, organizes play and leisure activities, helps with conflict resolution and individual development, and collaborates with teachers, parents, and the educational team. It is a 12-hour-per-week mini-job on school days from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with school holidays off. Prior educational experience or training is advantageous but not required, and applicants must provide proof of measles immunity and an extended certificate of good conduct upon starting.
