Marine Corps Community Services is hiring a Child and Youth Program Team Leader to lead and mentor program staff while providing developmental care and instruction for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years. The role plans and implements age-appropriate activities, lesson plans, field trips, and special events; serves as a primary caregiver; documents observations; supports children with special needs; and ensures compliance with safety, health, nutrition, and reporting policies. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, communicate effectively in English, and meet specified experience and education or credential requirements.
