Description
The In-Home Educator 1 – Life Skills Educator provides in-home and community-based training to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include teaching daily living skills such as toilet training, hygiene, grooming, travel, and social skills; following individual service plans; locating community resources; maintaining records; and reporting possible abuse or neglect. The role is available full-time or part-time, requires a driver’s license, car, auto insurance, background checks, and current CPR/First Aid certification, and pays $19.50–$21.50 per hour.
