The role supports children during play and quiet moments, contributes creative ideas, co-plans everyday adventures, and serves as a trusted contact for children, parents, and teachers. Applicants need completed educator training or a completed degree in education, an appreciative and tolerant attitude, teamwork, empathy, commitment, strong communication, German at least at B2 level, and proof of measles protection.
