Democracy Prep is seeking an Educator to deliver push-in and pull-out ENL instruction across various grade bands in Harlem and/or the Bronx. The ideal candidate will hold scholars to high behavioral and academic expectations, honor linguistic assets, and commit to antiracism principles. They will also utilize data analysis and assessments to guide instructional decisions and collaborate with general education teachers to implement research-based curricula. Responsibilities include monitoring English Language Proficiency goals, creating an inclusive classroom environment, administering standardized tests like NYSITELL/NYSESLAT/WIDA, and continuously improving professional practice through coaching and professional development.
