The Haus Sozialer Integration e.V. is hiring an educator (m/f) for its residential special-education care group “Vier Pfoten” in Bad Freienwalde. The role supports children and young people with behavioral, social, emotional, developmental, and learning difficulties, including individualized support, life-skills development, social and relationship-building, school-context support, and parent and family work. The position requires state-recognized educator training or a comparable qualification, teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, and a class B (class 3) driver’s license, and involves 39 hours per week across 24-hour shift and day services.
