BSH Youth Care is seeking dedicated educators to join their team. Responsibilities include supervising and caring for children and adolescents, assisting with personal issues, teaching rules, supporting family connections, documenting educational work, participating in assistance planning, and engaging in team meetings and training. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed training as a state-certified educator or hold a degree in Social Work, Social Education, Special Education, Education Sciences, or Psychology. They must possess physical and mental stability, flexibility, strong teamwork skills, empathy, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to make sound decisions.
