The employer is hiring an educator to replace someone on maternity leave, with immediate effect. The role works Monday to Friday in a 39-hour week and is paid according to TVöD. Responsibilities include supporting the team, developing concepts, providing meal support, conducting care-related and educational activities, supervising children, and serving as the main contact for parents. The educator will work within a holistic, situation-based educational approach and communicate professionally with parents.
