Description
FlexCo is hiring a part-time educator in the Bergisch Gladbach area to provide intensive educational support for children and young people with special needs, including ADHD, autism, attachment disorders, and traumatic experiences. The role develops individual strategies and personal support tools to promote independence, self-efficacy, and participation, and requires state-recognized educator training, at least three years of professional experience, and a strong pedagogical attitude. The position offers onboarding, specialist training, supervision, peer counseling, and 20–25 hours per week.
