SMC-Kids is hiring an educator to plan, carry out, and document educational activities for children aged 1–6, support individual development, structure the kindergarten day-to-day routine, cooperate with parents and legal guardians, and participate in team meetings and educational concepts. The role requires an officially recognized educator qualification, a relevant degree, social competence, teamwork skills, creativity, and interest in varied responsibilities. Compensation is €4,000–€4,500 gross per month, with possible travel cost allowance and additional benefits after the probation period.
